We are going full steam ahead with our typical sustainable formula, in a new guise, with 28 flats and 3 houses. Located near the Gent - Sint - Pieters railway station, in the Koningin Fabiolalaan, where the bicycle shop Fiets! was formerly located.
Mobility point
We make a playful reference to the former FIETS! bicycle shop by integrating an extensive Mobi point into the new project. This way, tenants can
easily make use of (electric) shared steps and bicycles, including charging stations, a spacious bicycle shed for more than 100 bicycles and professional repair service.
Sustainable energy supply
Upliving Ghent - Queen offers affordable residential units on sustainable energy, surrounded by greenery. We are going completely gas-free again, without fossil fuels, and are strongly committed to greening and softening the subsoil thanks to the implementation of "garden rooms" or green areas where the tenants can picnic, work outside, play BB@&'en even a game of basketball, ...
